No. Disco Pig is a BYO bar service. You supply the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; our RSA-qualified team prepares and serves them. We cannot purchase alcohol on your behalf.

Every package has its own guest limit, staff allocation, service duration and inclusions. Check the package details above for ice, garnishes, drinkware, cocktail options and equipment. The Wandering Mixologist does not include the bar van.

Yes. Cocktail choices depend on your package: up to 3 for A Little Bit Fancy, 6 for Full of Fancy and 4 for Wandering Mixologist. Simply Special is bottled and canned drinks service without cocktails. Tell us what you have in mind when enquiring.

Send an enquiry with your date, location, guest numbers and preferred package. An enquiry does not hold your date. Once availability and booking details are agreed, an upfront booking payment of $300 for Wandering Mixologist or $500 for caravan bar packages is required to secure the accepted booking. No payment is taken when you enquire. Payment plans are available.

We service the Mid North Coast and beyond. Travel charges may apply depending on your location and will be communicated in your quote.

For the mobile caravan bar, allow a reasonably level area approximately 4.2 m long by 2.8 m wide, suitable vehicle access and secure nearby parking. Tell us about narrow access, steep ground or other limitations before booking. Wandering Mixologist has different setup needs because it does not include the van.

The mobile caravan bar needs access to a dedicated standard 10-amp power point. Please tell us whether power and water are available at your venue so we can discuss your setup.

Please allow venue access at least 2 hours before service begins for setup and at least 1 hour after service for pack-down. Special access times should be discussed in advance.

Please arrange a safe, suitable service location and a wet-weather alternative. If the event is in a public space, you are responsible for securing any required permission from the relevant authority.

The event organiser must provide suitable waste collection and removal. Our RSA-qualified bar staff serve alcohol responsibly and may refuse service where required.

Let us know as early as possible. Extra guests, additional services or special setup requirements may change the quote. We will discuss any changes with you before confirming them.

The balance is due 7 days before the event, or in cash on the day if Disco Pig agrees in writing beforehand. Please read the current booking information.
